Larry's Apartments is a locally owned and family operated business designed to provide the highest quality rentals at the lowest cost in the area. Facility managers live on site in order to provide ease of access for tenants, timely maintenance, and routine upkeep of the facilities. Both of our buildings are located within the Delta Junction City limits allowing tenants a quick drive or walk to almost everything in our community. Additionally, our operation is only 7 miles from the main gate of Fort Greely.
